On the weekend of 24th-27th May 2026, Power-up in Bali 2026 will bring together
attendees at a new venue along with a presenting line-up of two powerhouse teams
and an immersive, inspirational dining experience, all guaranteed to stimulate your
mind, body, soul – and get you motivated about your business moving forward!
The Venue
Previously held at the Tanadewa Resort and Spa, the 2026 event will see the retreat
heading to the stunning Grün Resort Uluwatu – a carefully considered move to
elevate the experience while still preserving the intimate, connection-focused retreat
our attendees value.
Grün Resort offers the perfect setting for this next chapter. Nestled in Uluwatu’s lush
jungle and perched above the ocean, it’s a hidden architectural sanctuary designed
for modern creatives and founders. Attendees will have exclusive access to wellness
offerings including daily yoga, Pilates reformer studio, infrared sauna, hot and cold
plunge pools, and traditional Balinese massage therapies — all included in the stay.

In 2026, we welcome back the dynamic team from Circles in WA – Sharlene Lee and
Jessica Del Borrello. Attendees can look forward to more of the Circles magic with
the team focusing on how to run a busy & successful salon, leveraging social media
as a growth driver, reflecting on previous successes with transparency-driven
initiatives like the Circles hands-on workshop which embraces a practical, interactive
session with attendees.
Making their Bali debut in 2026, get ready for the Australian hairdressing industry’s
favourite father-and-sons powerhouse – Benni, Kristian & Jules Tognini. This is
more than a talk — it’s an inside pass to the stories, lessons, and laughs from one of
the most creative families in the game. Together, they’ll dive into Benni’s incredible
legacy — the artist who redefined an industry, the leader who built empires, and the
visionary whose influence is still shaping salons today.
But they’re not just looking back — Kristian & Jules are here to talk about
the now and the next. They’ll share real-world insights on running a wildly successful
salon in 2026 and beyond, showing why putting people first isn’t just a nice idea —
it’s the secret weapon for growth, longevity, and a business you actually love
running. Expect big ideas, honest conversations, and plenty of “aha!” moments you’ll

Benni’s reflection on 2025

invested. I came home recharged, with ideas that we actually implemented, and the
confidence to lead with clarity.”

The next presenter will take attendees on an unexpected culinary journey via the
esteemed Cuca Restaurant led by Michelin star recipient, Chef Kevin Cherkas. An
admired keynote speaker, Chef Kevin’s keynote at Power Up Bali will be a truly
immersive experience, delivered in the middle of a progressive eight-course dinner
that takes guests on a journey through Cuca.
His keynote will unfold between courses, weaving in lessons on consistency,
customer loyalty, and the power of word-of-mouth growth. By experiencing his
philosophy in real time — from kitchen to table — salon owners will gain a deeper
understanding of how care, detail, and excellence at every touchpoint can be applied
to elevate their own businesses.
