EVOLVE CURRICULUM REGISTRATION
Evolve™ Is a 12 month curriculum created to support hairdressers in the interpersonal skills that are needed in our industry currently to navigate emotional labour, burnout and overwhelm. Listening to clients intimate stories without boundaries and are consensual agreements, leaves the door wide open for issues that hairdressers are currently facing.
This curriculum is equivalent to DIP. And it guarantees that you will not only come out of it understanding how to conduct professional conversations, set boundaries and set consensual agreements, it will also empower you to rediscover yourself, and understand the Alchemy of what hairdressing is really about- Transforming the people we serve without burning us out.
Enrolments for 2027 open on the 1st July 2026.
