Cut Like a Master is a high-level haircutting education platform built on Paul Dare’s unique 5T System — designed to help stylists move beyond memorising haircuts and start mastering the techniques behind every haircut.
This 15-week Live Mentorship is for stylists who want accountability, feedback, and real growth.
Move beyond safe cutting and step into a structured way of working that builds confidence, creativity, and control behind the chair.
You’ll develop the ability to approach any haircut with clarity — not guesswork.

• Working with face shapes & reading haircuts

• Leadership skills behind the chair
• The mindset and approach of a Master Stylist
