The franchisor or multi salon group is the head office representative for their salon locations. This membership provides the head office support team with HR advisory services, and access to HR resources, to inform their individual franchisees and salons on industry specific news, insights and IR reforms. The individual salon franchisees are able to become a Salon Select member to access the full benefits including Silver and Gold accreditation.
